We had our woods logged

3 Amish logger came and logged our woods 11/23/2015 && 11/25/2015, we had all the dead trees cut and selective cut some live ones, Harold and I will cut up the tops for fire wood.

We canned 22 quarts of stewed tomatoes with green peppers, onions, celery and garlic yesterday. Mmm Good!

Smoked Pig Shoulder

Had an enjoyable supper with Mom and Dad, the menu consisted of Smoked Pork Shoulder, Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Pineapple Cake for dessert.
